Comatrix Collection Service is a professional debt recovery company that works with loan agencies to recover outstanding loans quickly and efficiently. Our operations involve reaching out to customers through calls, SMS, emails, and social media platforms to remind and encourage them to settle overdue payments. We also guide customers through repayment processes and ensure accurate reporting of activities.

We are currently recruiting for the position below:

Job Title: Collection Team Leader

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the recovery team
• Set clear performance goals and targets for team members
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance on recovery techniques
• Monitor team progress and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Handle escalated cases and resolve conflicts within the team
• Review performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and present reports on team performance to management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery outcomes and efficiency
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and ethically in line with legal standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in debt recovery or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage targets and motivate a team effectively

Salary

N120,000 – N150,000 per month
