Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Company Driver to support our daily operations in Ile-Ife. This role involves safely transporting goods, staff, and work materials while ensuring vehicles are well maintained and deliveries are completed on time. The ideal candidate should be dependable, safety conscious, and familiar with road networks within Osun State and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to transport staff, farm products, and equipment as assigned
• Ensure timely delivery by planning safe and efficient routes
• Follow road safety rules and company driving policies at all times
• Carry out daily vehicle checks such as fuel level, tyres, oil, brakes, and lights
• Report vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Keep assigned vehicles clean and in good condition
• Record trip details, mileage, fuel usage, and servicing activities
• Support loading and unloading of goods when necessary
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Handle company items carefully to prevent damage or loss

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence with a good driving record
• At least three years of work experience as a professional driver
• Good knowledge of Osun State routes and South-West road networks
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and minor repairs
• Good communication and people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and honest
• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Salary

Salary range is between N110,000 and N135,000 monthly
