Position Overview

Job Title: Content Creator & Video Producer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and write compelling scripts for video content.
• Plan, shoot, and record high-quality video and audio footage both on location and in-house.
• Edit videos, including motion graphics and animations, to produce engaging stories for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, TV ads, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with social media and strategy teams to ensure content aligns with client goals and brand identity.
• Manage and maintain video equipment and editing software.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in video production, social media, and editing styles.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of professional experience in content creation, video production, editing, and scriptwriting.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating skills in shooting, editing, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Capcut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Experience with shooting equipment including smartphones, DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio recorders.
• Ability to tell stories visually with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects under pressure.
