Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator who will produce engaging content that improves brand awareness, builds trust, and supports our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating videos, managing social media pages, and developing strategies that strengthen online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce explainer videos, tutorials, and announcements that enhance visibility and trust.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand reach.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a friendly and professional presence.
• Monitor performance using insights and analytics, and adjust content strategies when needed.
• Work with marketing and creative teams to align content with campaigns and product updates.
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and best practices in the media and lifestyle sectors.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns to increase awareness and drive traffic.
• Build relationships with influencers and support content created by users.
• Prepare monthly reports with insights to guide future strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.
• Creative storytelling skills with a good sense of design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for improved performance.

Salary

One million two hundred thousand naira per year.
