Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Editor with strong experience in content and editorial management. The ideal candidate should understand the Web3 and crypto space and be able to manage the full editorial workflow for a global digital publication. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, organized, and able to guide writers while ensuring high quality content across all formats.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial and Content Management

• Oversee content strategy, review, editing, and approvals
• Manage writers and editorial associates
• Provide editorial feedback to ensure quality
• Develop interviews, long-form content, and other content formats
• Support content marketing efforts to improve reach and engagement

Product and UX Content

• Conduct UX and content research to support product development
• Manage glossary creation and product related content

SEO and Content Operations

• Carry out SEO research and keyword validation
• Oversee backlink activities
• Manage WordPress tasks including uploads and optimization
• Lead monthly content audits to improve rankings and positioning
• Maintain weekly trackers for publishing and deliverables

Research and Industry Awareness

• Monitor trends in crypto and Web3
• Provide insights that support editorial planning and product updates

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in English, Journalism, Media, Finance, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in editorial or content management
• Strong writing and editing skills in English
• Good understanding of SEO and Content Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and DeFi
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Salary

N200,000 per month with a discretionary annual bonus.
