Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare, present, and innovate high-quality dishes from various international cuisines while maintaining exceptional standards in food safety, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes from diverse international cuisines

• Maintain exceptional culinary standards, including presentation, flavor, and quality

• Develop and innovate menus reflecting global culinary trends

• Ensure all food preparation complies with health and safety standards

• Manage kitchen staff and maintain efficient kitchen operations

• Oversee inventory and ensure quality control of ingredients

• Collaborate with restaurant management to achieve business objectives

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training

• Proven experience as a chef specializing in baking and intercontinental cuisine

• Strong knowledge of international cooking techniques and ingredients

• Excellent kitchen hygiene practices

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Professional, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Salary

N100,000 per month plus free accommodation in Wuse Axis, Abuja
