Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preparing quality meals and supporting the hotel in delivering excellent dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in line with hotel standards and recipes
• Ensure meals are well presented and meet quality expectations
• Keep the kitchen and workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Manage inventory and store ingredients properly
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team in daily operations

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in food preparation or culinary studies
• Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering service
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Salary

N80,000 – N100,000 per month
