Role Overview

We are hiring a Female Coordinator Manager to oversee daily operations in designated female areas within a university environment. This role involves supervising gardeners, ensuring proper maintenance, and maintaining order across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise gardeners working in female-designated areas
• Ensure cleanliness, landscaping, and general environmental upkeep
• Manage daily activities within assigned female facilities
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work schedules
• Identify operational issues and report them to management on time
• Maintain discipline and ensure proper use of facilities
• Ensure all activities follow university rules and internal guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related course
• Previous experience in supervision or coordination is an added advantage
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• High sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Female candidates are preferred for this role

Salary

N150,000 to N200,000.
