Monthly Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 (full time)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Corporate Business Lead to support our client in the insurance industry. This role is perfect for a high-performing professional with deep experience in corporate sales, life insurance, and stakeholder engagement across both public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will take the lead in expanding business opportunities, managing broker networks, and strengthening client relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive corporate business development and sales strategy across target markets
• Manage and grow broker and channel partner relationships
• Build strong connections with MDAs, NGOs, and public sector accounts
• Explore and convert new business opportunities in group life and annuity products
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and actuarial
• Prepare compelling proposals and deliver executive-level presentations
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and growth targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Professional insurance qualification (e.g. CIIN) is an added advantage
• Strong background in life insurance; composite/general experience will be considered
• Demonstrated success in broker management and public sector engagement
• Solid knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
