Role Overview

The Corporate Hospitality Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by securing corporate clients for short-term and extended stays. This role focuses on business-to-business sales and aims to maintain high occupancy rates while strengthening client relationships across the hospitality and corporate travel sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with corporate organizations, travel managers, and relocation companies
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and close profitable deals
• Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat bookings and customer satisfaction
• Support marketing activities through meetings, cold calls, emails, and online engagement
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide sales decisions
• Work with the operations and marketing teams to deliver consistent service experiences for corporate guests

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality sales
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good network within the hospitality or corporate travel industry
• Ability to manage client relationships and maintain high retention

Salary

• Monthly Salary: ₦250,000 to ₦350,000 (Net)
• Commission: 2.5% on sales
• Expected Occupancy Rate: 70% and above
