Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer / Sales Representative to manage client relationships, promote studio packages, and drive sales. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and online clients, ensuring they receive professional and friendly service while meeting the studio’s sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients in a professional and friendly manner

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries promptly and effectively

• Promote studio photography packages and convert inquiries into bookings

• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments

• Provide detailed information on packages, pricing, and session options

• Manage client feedback and resolve issues politely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client data, and payments

• Follow up with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business

• Contribute to marketing efforts by suggesting promotional ideas and supporting social media campaigns

• Assist clients during photo selection and ensure satisfaction with their experience

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or sales roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality

• Basic knowledge of computer and social media tools (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, etc.)

• Ability to multitask and meet daily or weekly sales targets

• Must reside within or close to Ikorodu (Igbobo preferred)
