Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Customer Sales Representative to manage online customer interactions, process orders, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, accurate information delivery, and effective customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend to customers via WhatsApp
• Provide accurate product information to customers
• Process customer orders and follow up to ensure fulfillment
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns
• Maintain organized records of daily customer interactions
• Assist with product promotion and contribute to sales growth
• Ensure timely communication between customers and the operations team
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
Qualifications and Skills
• OND, HND, or BSc in any field
• 2 to 3 years experience in customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage customer queries effectively
• Good organizational and record keeping abilities
• Customer oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Salary
N100,000 monthly
