Job Title: Customer Service and Debt Recovery Officer

Role Overview
The Customer Service and Debt Recovery Officer will manage client communication, coordinate service activities, and support payment recovery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining positive professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centres

Respond to enquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Schedule equipment installations, maintenance visits, and service interventions

Assign tasks to engineers based on urgency, location, and availability

Confirm appointments and follow up on completed services

Track installation progress and escalate delays when needed

Monitor outstanding invoices and overdue payments

Follow up on payment commitments and due dates

Keep accurate records of communication and client accounts

Work with the finance team to reconcile payments

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service activities and debt recovery
Qualifications and Skills

BSc or HND in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field

One to three years of experience in customer service, debt recovery, or administrative work

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills

Strong follow-up ability and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical equipment is an advantage
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month
