Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to support customer engagement and help drive growth across various digital platforms. The role involves managing online interactions, improving customer experience, and supporting marketing and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital engagement strategies
- Manage online communication channels, including social media and sales platforms
- Create and support campaigns to improve brand awareness and customer growth
- Review customer feedback and recommend ways to improve retention
- Provide prompt and professional customer support
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in digital marketing or customer service
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and customer behaviour
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with major digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and website management
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
