Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in providing excellent service, resolving issues, and enhancing the customer experience. A good sense of fashion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
• Manage orders and ensure timely processing
• Offer styling suggestions, product details, and recommendations
• Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate customer service records and reports
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company news

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Basic understanding of fashion trends is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Experience in content creation is an advantage
• Must be fluent in Yoruba (speaking and understanding)
