Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative who will support order processing, coordinate deliveries, and provide clear communication between our team and customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Confirmation: Contact customers to confirm and verify orders.
- Delivery Coordination: Work with delivery agents to ensure timely and successful order delivery.
- Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about order status, delivery timing, or any changes.
- Record Management: Maintain organized records of orders and deliveries.
- Customer Feedback: Share common customer concerns and delivery issues with the team to improve our service.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum qualification: OND, HND, NCE, FLSC, or B.Sc.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Confident, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must own a smartphone with WhatsApp for customer and delivery communication.
- Able to multitask, follow up consistently, and work independently.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Salary
₦70,000 – ₦120,000 per month
