Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will assist customers, promote products, and ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers in-store and provide excellent service
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Maintain organized and attractive product displays
- Record daily sales and provide accurate reports
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking when needed
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Must reside near Lekki Phase 1 (no accommodation provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team
Salary
N150,000 per month
