We are currently recruiting for the role below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages through social media platforms
• Manage the company’s social media presence and visibility
• Monitor online reputation and address customer complaints, questions, and suggestions promptly
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer engagement via social media channels
• Provide timely and effective solutions to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Communicate company products and services clearly to assist customers with accurate information
• Stay updated with current social media trends and apply best practices to campaigns
• Deliver excellent customer service with attention to detail and professionalism

Experience and Educational Qualifications

• Minimum of OND with 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent writing and communication skills with good grammar and structure
• Ability to manage customer interactions effectively on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+
• Commitment to creating positive customer experiences

Salary

N150,000 per month
