Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to support clients by providing accurate product and service information, handling inquiries, and resolving issues professionally. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate support
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain trust
• Provide clear and accurate information using approved tools and procedures
• Work towards meeting individual and team service or sales targets
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Keep proper records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow company communication standards and guidelines
• Take proactive steps to improve customer experience
• Support basic marketing activities and lead generation
Qualifications and Skills
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least two years of experience in customer service or client support
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and customer relation skills
• Ability to generate leads and promote company products
• Willingness to relocate, with close proximity to Osogbo being an advantage
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month
