Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Outbound) for a short-term project. The role involves reaching out to customers via phone calls to conduct surveys, collect feedback, and ensure accurate data entry. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to conduct assigned surveys.
- Record responses accurately in the company’s database.
- Meet daily call targets and maintain project timelines.
- Handle all calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Report any issues or customer feedback to the team lead promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc.
- Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a call center environment is an advantage.
- Ability to speak Yoruba fluently is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must be available to start immediately (November 17, 2025).
- Applicants living near Maryland, Lagos are preferred.
