Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service / Sales Representative to manage in-store customer interactions, promote products, and ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the store
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products
- Record daily sales accurately and prepare regular sales reports
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking when needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, GCE, or NECO
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Must live within or near Lekki (no accommodation is provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Salary
₦100,000 monthly plus additional benefits
