Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service / Sales Representative to support our client’s retail operations in Lekki. The ideal candidate will attend to walk-in customers, promote products, and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience while meeting daily sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store with professionalism and courtesy.

• Provide information on product features, benefits, and prices.

• Ensure products are properly displayed and the store environment is neat.

• Record daily sales transactions and prepare accurate reports.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking when necessary.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting store growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.

• Must reside within Lekki or nearby areas (no accommodation provided).

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₦100,000
