Locations: Abeokuta – Ogun, Ibadan – Oyo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
The Data Analyst will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to support business decisions. The role focuses on fleet performance analytics, driver compliance, maintenance reporting, fuel consumption tracking, and insights that support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze daily operational data from drivers, workshop teams, logistics officers, and fuel stations
• Generate weekly and monthly operational dashboards (fuel usage, fleet availability, breakdown frequency, and more)
• Monitor key performance indicators including downtime, turnaround time, driver performance, and vehicle utilization
• Conduct variance and trend analysis to support management decisions
• Provide audit teams with data-driven insights
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure data integrity
• Develop predictive insights to support fleet planning and cost optimization
Qualifications and Skills
• BSc/HND in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in data analytics within logistics or transport operations is an advantage
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly
Salary
N300,000 – N600,000 Monthly
