Role Overview
The Data Center Executive will manage the daily activities of the data center. The role involves monitoring systems, maintaining hardware and software, ensuring data security, resolving technical issues, and supporting smooth data processing and storage. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team to ensure stable and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor data center systems and equipment
- Maintain hardware and software used in daily operations
- Ensure data security and follow approved security standards
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
- Support data processing, storage, and retrieval activities
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Keep accurate records and reports related to data center operations
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of system administration and IT troubleshooting
- Experience with database management and data storage systems
- Understanding of network infrastructure
- Good knowledge of data security standards and compliance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively on-site and follow structured schedules
- Previous experience in a data center or IT operations role is an advantage
