Job Title: Data Dashboard Developer

Location:  Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

The Data Dashboard Developer will handle a variety of business intelligence tasks, including translating business needs into technical requirements, connecting to data sources, and developing dashboards that deliver actionable insights. The role requires the ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and develop dashboards and reports using data such as customer satisfaction, operations, and employee performance.
• Clean and review datasets to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain organizational dashboards.
• Participate in creating dashboard mockups and external reports.
• Provide expertise in data analysis tools and dashboard presentation.
• Recommend new metrics for improved reporting and analysis.
• Train end-users on the use of dashboards and reports.
• Build visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards with tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Connect to multiple data sources, import, and transform data for analysis.

Qualification and Skills

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis using Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical methods is an added advantage.
• Strong skills in GIS tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Advanced Excel and data cleaning skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience in creating advanced dashboards and reports.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
