Job Title: Data Science Instructor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site position. The Data Science Instructor will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging courses in data analytics. The role also involves contributing to curriculum design, mentoring students, providing technical support, and evaluating learning outcomes. Instructors will play a key role in ensuring students gain both practical and theoretical knowledge to excel in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver data science and analytics courses
- Support curriculum design and review learning materials
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to students
- Track, evaluate, and report student performance
- Adapt course content to meet student learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to academic growth
Qualifications
- Strong skills in data analytics, statistics, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in at least three of the following tools and technologies: Power BI, Python, Tableau, R programming, SQL, SPSS, STATA, Advanced Excel
- Experience with data analysis software and visualization tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
