Dana is a diversified conglomerate with business interests across multiple sectors of the Nigerian economy. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Dealership Development Manager.
Location: Oshodi – Isolo, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market penetration.
- Track and evaluate dealership and distribution sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct sales forecasting and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Drive growth in dealer sales, market share, and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Maximize deal value and enhance overall sales effectiveness across all channels.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of dealerships, distributors, and resellers.
- Monitor dealer and customer satisfaction to ensure consistent service quality.
- Design and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and support new vehicle launches or services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for channel expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align sales strategies and ensure readiness.
- Manage and resolve channel conflicts while maintaining compliance with program guidelines.
- Oversee representative retention within partner organizations to maintain stability in the channel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (MBA is an added advantage).
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, channel management, or dealership development, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts and align diverse teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team collaboration.
Salary
₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month
