Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead sales activities, manage key relationships, and drive product awareness across assigned territories. This role involves working with distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure consistent growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts to meet monthly targets in line with company goals
• Build and sustain relationships with distributors, prescribers, and other key partners
• Plan and implement targeted sales strategies and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and proper usage
• Track sales performance and report on progress regularly
• Increase brand visibility through events, trade shows, and presentations
• Manage and motivate a sales team of at least 10 members
• Apply strong hospital and ethical marketing strategies to grow product usage
• Solve challenges effectively and remain result-driven

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Pharm., B.Sc. or HND in Biochemistry or a related science field (MBA is an advantage)
• Minimum of 6 years in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or team management
• Strong communication, leadership, and marketing skills
• Proficient in the use of computers and basic software
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
