Job Title: Design and Visualization Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Scope of Work
The Design and Visualization Officer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual materials that support 3iS’s information management capacity-building initiatives. The role involves translating complex data into easy-to-understand visuals for stakeholders, donors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Training Material Design
- Create engaging training resources such as presentations, infographics, and handouts aligned with project branding
- Design visuals for workshops, including banners, signage, and participant materials for both in-person and virtual sessions
Data Visualization and Mapping
- Produce dashboards, maps, and infographics to display information management data such as coverage and gap analysis
- Work closely with the capacity-building team to ensure accuracy and clarity in all visual outputs
Communication and Reporting
- Develop presentations and high-quality reports with visual elements such as charts, graphics, and images
- Prepare visual summaries including factsheets, survey infographics, and project lessons learned
Centralized Information Hub Support
- Assist with the visual layout and design of the Centralized Information Hub platform
Branding and Consistency
- Ensure all visual materials comply with 3iS and donor branding requirements
Requirements
Education
- Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing for humanitarian or development projects
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic GIS knowledge (ArcGIS, QGIS) is an advantage
Soft Skills
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex data into user-friendly visuals
- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
Other Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing experience in data visualization and design for both print and digital platforms
Salary
N3,000,000 – N3,185,000 (Gross) per month

- This role is open only to residents of Nigeria (nationals and those with a valid residency permit).
