Khadasha Innovations Africa is recruiting on behalf of our client, a facility management company providing services to corporate offices, factories, and healthcare facilities. The company also specializes in the sales of facility management technology and equipment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for facility management services and technology products
• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, and TikTok
• Run targeted online campaigns such as SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate quality leads
• Optimize website content for improved visibility and search engine ranking
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the Communications and Design teams to deliver consistent messaging
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and campaign management tools
• Experience in B2B marketing and professional services
• Ability to deliver measurable results in lead generation and ROI
• Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
