Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Marketing and Graphics Designer to join our team. This role involves managing online campaigns, creating engaging designs, and driving brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising channels
• Manage and grow company social media platforms through planning, posting, and engagement
• Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Optimize content for search engines in collaboration with the web development team
• Design creative materials including flyers, banners, brochures, and other digital assets
• Retouch and edit graphics to align with brand identity and campaigns

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools (CapCut or Premiere Pro)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies
• High attention to detail and strong creative thinking skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in Graphics Design (self-taught skills with strong portfolio also considered)
• 1–2 years’ experience in Telecommunications or ISP industry
• NYSC certification
