About the Role
Kaplo is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be innovative, data-driven, and passionate about converting digital traffic into qualified real estate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-performing digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels
- Drive consistent, high-quality lead generation and improve conversions using CRM tools
- Create engaging content and ad creatives tailored to target audiences
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads into successful sales
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot/CRM systems
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with discipline and focus on results
