Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing activities while also supporting customer engagement and sales follow up. This role combines digital marketing, lead management, and customer communication to drive brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create and manage a digital content calendar aligned with company goals
• Manage website and social media content to improve visibility and engagement
• Implement SEO and paid advertising strategies to increase traffic and leads
• Write and schedule marketing content including posts, blogs, images, and videos
• Manage and grow social media accounts while responding to comments and messages
• Design and send email campaigns, newsletters, and promotions
• Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
• Track website traffic, lead conversion, engagement, and ad performance
• Organize and manage leads generated from digital campaigns
• Respond to messages from online ads and follow up with prospects
• Support sales by closing deals and remarketing to existing leads
• Send updates and broadcast messages to clients through approved channels
• Coordinate with the operations team to track client jobs and delivery status
• Update clients regularly and send digital copies of completed documents
• Confirm job delivery and collect client feedback
• Send invoices, receipts, and maintain accurate customer records
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Provide proactive customer support through chats, messages, and social platforms
• Monitor brand mentions and engage customers online
• Upsell services where appropriate and recommend solutions based on client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• One to three years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
• Good knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and online ads
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to organize leads and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Sales mindset with the ability to follow up and close deals
• Good record keeping and reporting skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet targets
