Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Role Overview

The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for driving sales of solar and energy storage solutions by engaging directly with homeowners, SMEs, and corporate clients. This role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and coordination with installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and expand market presence for solar and energy storage products

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, community outreach, door-to-door marketing, and digital channels

• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored energy solutions to clients

• Educate customers on renewable energy benefits, technology options, and cost savings

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solar and energy storage solutions

• Prepare proposals and close deals to meet assigned revenue targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, and corporate clients

• Provide after-sales support and personalized consultations to enhance customer trust

• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Track orders, monitor installations, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and regulatory changes

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• 2 to 4 years experience in direct sales or business development

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Customer-focused, resilient, and target-driven mindset

• Basic knowledge of solar or renewable energy technologies is an added advantage

Salary

N150,000 – N250,000 per month
