Job Title: Direct Sales Representative
Locations: Delta, Onitsha – Anambra and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation methods
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demos that clearly explain features, benefits, and value
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Match customer needs to suitable products or services and provide solutions within their budget
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads and inquiries, handle objections, and guide prospects toward a decision
- Track leads and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and share useful sales insights
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments
- Attend sales meetings, workshops, and ongoing training sessions to sharpen your skills
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback
- Share customer insights and market trends with the management team
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
