Job Summary
The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, account opening, and product adoption through direct field engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-focused approach, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets in a competitive financial services market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert new customers within assigned locations
- Promote the bank’s products and services including savings, current accounts, and loan packages
- Guide customers through onboarding processes in line with KYC and documentation standards
- Keep accurate and up-to-date sales records using approved reporting systems
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and referrals
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Minimum Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
- At least 1 year of sales experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage
Salary
N199,000 per month
