Position: Dispatch Rider
Location: Ibadan – Akala Express, Oluyole, Jericho, Dugbe, Bodija, and Akobo outlets (Oyo State)
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure prompt and safe delivery of customer orders while maintaining excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver customer orders promptly and accurately
- Ensure the motorcycle is well-maintained and in good working condition
- Keep records of deliveries and customer feedback
- Follow traffic rules and safety regulations
- Support the outlet team with logistics and delivery-related tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or BSc in any field
- Must live close to one of the listed outlets
- Valid rider’s permit and good knowledge of Ibadan routes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
