Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider who will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should be organized, punctual, and able to provide good customer service during every delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages within assigned areas
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of items
- Keep records of pickups and deliveries
- Use a company bike or a personal bike for daily tasks
- Communicate politely and professionally with clients
- Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines
- Report bike issues or damages to the appropriate team
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
- Valid rider’s license with at least two years of experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Physically fit to ride for long periods
- Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure
Salary
N120,000 per month
