Role Overview

The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering medical items, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation. The ideal candidate must be reliable, attentive, and familiar with routes within their assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medical samples, documents, and other items.

• Ensure accurate, timely, and safe delivery at all times.

• Maintain the assigned motorcycle and equipment.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Comply with all safety standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid rider’s license.

• One to two years of dispatch experience.

• Ownership of a motorcycle or vehicle may be required depending on location.

• Good knowledge of local routes.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours.
