Job Brief

Pruvia Integrated Limited is seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to support timely delivery of documents, packages, and other items.
The ideal candidate must be safety-conscious, punctual, and familiar with Lagos routes, with a strong commitment to customer service and delivery accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive delivery instructions and assignments from the dispatcher.

• Load and unload documents or packages onto the motorcycle safely.

• Deliver items to designated locations within agreed timelines.

• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations while riding.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed in good condition and without damage.

• Obtain signatures or collect payments where required as proof of delivery.

• Communicate delivery status, delays, or issues promptly to the dispatcher or clients.

• Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition and report maintenance needs.

• Follow company policies and procedures for dispatch and delivery operations.

• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar role.

• Valid rider’s permit and motorcycle license.

• Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.

• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns.

• Physical fitness and stamina for long-distance riding.

• Strong attention to detail and delivery accuracy.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and reliability.

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.

Salary

N100,000 monthly.
