Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Bodija, Akobo, and Ring Road, Oyo State
Employment Type: Full time
Work Schedule: Six working days per week, One day off between Monday and Friday
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9am to 9pm, Sunday: 10am to 5pm

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Dispatch Rider to handle timely delivery of items within assigned locations. The role requires safe riding, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive delivery instructions from the dispatcher
• Pick up and deliver packages or documents as assigned
• Load and offload items carefully on the motorcycle
• Ensure timely and safe delivery to the correct locations
• Obey traffic rules and road safety guidelines at all times
• Confirm delivery through signatures or payment collection when required
• Update dispatcher or customers on delivery status
• Keep the motorcycle clean and in good working condition
• Report any mechanical issues promptly
• Follow company delivery procedures and policies
• Treat customers politely and professionally

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid motorcycle rider’s license
• Previous experience as a Dispatch Rider or similar role
• Good understanding of roads and traffic routes within Oyo State
• Ability to use GPS or map applications
• Physically fit and able to handle long working hours
• Good time management and organization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer focused attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Honest, reliable, and professional

Salary

Monthly pay of N125,000
