Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to support daily delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely pickup and delivery of items while maintaining professionalism, safety, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods to assigned locations on time
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize travel time
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety rules, and company operational policies
• Handle all items safely to ensure they are delivered in good condition
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and related documentation
• Conduct routine checks on the motorcycle and report mechanical issues immediately
• Interact with clients professionally and obtain necessary proof of delivery
• Communicate with the dispatcher and clients regarding delivery updates
• Collect payments or complete required transaction documents when needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid motorcycle rider’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar delivery role
• Strong knowledge of local road networks and good navigation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to meet job demands

Salary

N60,000 to N70,000 monthly
