Role Overview

The Domestic House Help will support the daily upkeep of the home by ensuring a clean, organized, and hygienic environment. The role requires someone responsible, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas
• Dust furniture, vacuum floors or carpets, mop, and polish surfaces
• Wash, iron, and fold clothes, linens, and towels
• Operate a washing machine as part of daily duties
• Change bed linens and ensure proper room arrangement
• Manage and organize cleaning supplies and report when restocking is required
• Dispose of waste properly and keep bins clean
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
• Assist with occasional errands or simple meal preparation when needed
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and follow safety practices
• Respect household privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Prepare guest rooms when visitors are expected

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of S.S.C.E qualification
• Good communication skills
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Neat appearance and strong personal hygiene
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Living within or close to Oregun, Lagos is an advantage

Salary

N80,000 per month
