Location: Ibadan, Oyo State

Role Overview

The Driver will support daily operations by transporting staff, goods, and supplies safely and on time. This role involves working closely with the procurement team, outlets, and event teams. The driver will also assist with customer deliveries when needed. Performance is measured by completed deliveries, which affects salary and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the procurement team to markets and vendor locations for purchases
• Ensure timely pick-up and return of procurement items
• Transport stock from the head office to outlets as scheduled
• Handle food items carefully to avoid damage during transit
• Collect waybills from the supply chain team and delivery confirmation from outlets
• Transport event team members to event venues and return them safely after events
• Assist outlets with customer deliveries when riders are unavailable
• Follow all company delivery guidelines during customer deliveries
• Inspect the vehicle daily to ensure it is safe for use
• Keep the vehicle clean at all times, including the interior
• Ensure the vehicle always has a pleasant smell
• Record daily vehicle usage, mileage, and delivery details
• Report accidents, faults, or delivery issues promptly

Delivery Targets

• The driver is expected to complete at least 300 deliveries per month
• Deliveries include stock movement, procurement trips, events, and customer orders
• Completing fewer than 300 deliveries in a month will result in salary adjustment based on performance

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Nigerian driver’s license
• Good knowledge of Ibadan routes and surrounding areas
• Ability to drive safely and responsibly
• Basic reading and writing skills for documentation
• Good communication and time management skills
• Honest, reliable, and physically fit
• Previous driving experience is an added advantage

Salary

Monthly salary ranges from N70,000 to N80,000
