St. Dominic Catholic Hospital is a 64 bed healthcare facility located at Ogungbade, off New Ife Road, Ibadan, Oyo State. The hospital was established by the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena from Italy. We provide a wide range of medical services including general medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, laboratory services, and radiology.

The hospital operates in partnership with international collaborators and is fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and the Ministry of Health. We are also accredited by the National Health Insurance Scheme as both a primary and secondary healthcare provider.

Role Overview

We are hiring a responsible and dependable Driver to support our daily hospital operations. The successful candidate will safely transport patients, staff members, senior officials, and visitors within and outside the hospital premises. This role requires honesty, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive hospital vehicles for official assignments and patient movement
• Assist patients when getting into and out of vehicles when required
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working condition
• Follow hospital rules, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations
• Communicate clearly with hospital staff, patients, and visitors
• Keep simple and accurate driving records and logs

Qualifications and Skills

• SSCE or HND qualification
• 2 to 7 years of driving experience
• Valid Nigerian driver’s license
• Good driving history with no serious violations
• Ability to communicate politely and clearly
• Physical ability to assist patients when needed
• Basic first aid knowledge is an added advantage

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• May be required to work on weekends or special days when necessary

Salary

Monthly salary ranges between N50,000 and N70,000
