Job Description

The E-commerce Lead will be responsible for developing and executing online sales strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and ensuring smooth product rollouts. This position requires strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals and revenue growth
• Manage online stores, product listings, and website functionality to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction
• Oversee product rollouts and coordinate with creative and development teams to update online platforms
• Introduce and manage innovative digital experiences to improve customer engagement and sales performance
• Maintain and optimize e-commerce websites, including product and landing pages
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce needs with overall business objectives
• Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to make data-driven improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or related field
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience as an e-commerce manager or in a similar digital marketing role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce technologies
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify or Magento
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through online sales channels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects

Salary

N400,000 monthly
