Role Overview
The E commerce Operation and Marketplace Coordinator will manage day to day marketplace activities. The role involves working closely with sellers, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth order processing, accurate listings, and strong seller relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new and active sellers on the marketplace
- Communicate with sellers daily on pricing, stock availability, and promotions
- Visit sellers to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Negotiate with sellers to secure competitive prices and offers
- Coordinate order processing with sellers, warehouse teams, and delivery partners
- Manage and update product and seller information on internal systems
- Handle seller payments and ensure timely reconciliation
- Monitor market trends and stay informed about online commerce developments
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s degree
- One to three years of experience in e commerce, online sales, or marketplace operations
- Good understanding of online business operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer focused and results driven approach
- Ability to work well with different teams and external partners
