Role Overview

Newchip Technologies is recruiting Early Childhood Educators for its international placement program. Successful candidates will work with children in early years settings, support their growth and learning, and create a safe and supportive classroom environment. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working with young children and are interested in building a long term career in early childhood education abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age appropriate learning activities for young children.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and friendly classroom space.
• Observe and document children’s behaviour, learning progress, and needs.
• Share relevant updates with supervisors and, where required, with parents or guardians.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, playtime, hygiene, and rest periods.
• Work closely with other educators and support staff as part of a team.
• Follow childcare standards, policies, and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related course.
• Previous experience working with children in a school, daycare, or creche setting is an advantage.
• Genuine interest in child development and early learning.
• Good communication skills and the ability to relate well with children and adults.
• Patience, empathy, and a calm approach when working with young learners.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and active environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Canada through the company’s placement program.
