We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance.

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, Plastics

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment through timely mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical faults on injection moulding machines, robotic systems, conveyors, compressors, and chillers.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians across shifts.
• Manage maintenance tools and critical spare parts for plastics moulding and handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
• Train team members on safe maintenance practices and ensure compliance with QMS, OHSAS, and EMS requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in supervising technical teams with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• In-depth knowledge of injection moulding processes and equipment.
• Hands-on experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
