Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

Job Summary

The Electronics Assembler will handle circuit board assembly, soldering of components, and quality inspection to maintain our high performance and safety standards. This position requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components and circuit boards according to technical specifications and schematics
  • Perform precision soldering and desoldering of electronic components (through-hole and surface mount)
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues related to circuit board assembly and functionality
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and automated equipment for assembly tasks
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve assembly processes and product quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Document assembly procedures and report defects or discrepancies to management
  • Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field (vocational training is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electronic assembly, especially circuit boards and soldering
  • Proficiency in soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, symbols, and circuit designs
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
  • Familiarity with various soldering tools such as handheld soldering irons and rework stations
  • High manual dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
Salary

N250,000 per month
